No. To maintain strict quality control and guarantee reliable delivery windows, Rig & Revive operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Components & Hardware: Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom Rigs: Because our custom rigs are built to order, fine-tuned, and exhaustively benchmarked by our technical team, assembly may take slightly longer. Tracking: The moment your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing a link to full courier tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
Payments & Security
Your payment is processed securely via our integrated payment gateway at the exact time you place your order at checkout. We require cleared funds before we begin component allocation, custom rig assembly, or dispatch.
Your credit or debit card statement will display AUTOVITY TECH LTD (or AUTOVITY* alongside your order reference number), which is our parent corporate entity.

Every unit is heavily benchmarked for optimal thermal performance, stability, and speed before it is cleared for shipping.
Yes. Beyond our e-commerce retail storefront, our parent company designs bespoke full-stack technology solutions and process automation systems. These specialized digital products or corporate consulting structures are handled under dedicated client milestone agreements rather than standard retail checkout rules.
Returns & Cancellations
Yes. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your physical order for any reason.
You must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your package.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the items securely to us.
Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for return tracked shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any electronic component or hardware rig arrives defective, damaged, or fails to perform as described, you are fully covered.
Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to an immediate replacement, repair, or a full refund (and we will cover the return shipping costs).
After 30 days (up to 6 months): We will prioritize a professional repair or full replacement of the hardware component.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent straight back to your original payment method. Because we use Stripe processing, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
