Welcome to Rig & Revive. This website and its associated tech solutions are owned and operated by Autovity Tech Ltd (Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16956098. Registered Office: Swansea, United Kingdom).

By accessing our storefront, ordering custom tech rigs, or purchasing our full-stack technology solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Autovity Tech Ltd provides full-stack technology solution design, process automation services, and digital products. Additionally, we operate retail ecommerce brand fronts, including our subsidiary trading brand "Rig & Revive," which retails high-performance computing hardware, specialized electronic components, and customized tech rigs directly to consumers.

All prices listed on our storefront are shown in GBP (£) unless specified otherwise.

Payment Timing: Customers are securely billed via our integrated Stripe checkout at the exact time of order placement. Payment must clear before any physical items are assembled or dispatched, or before service milestones commence.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if a pricing error occurs.

Physical Products: High-performance hardware components and customized rigs are dispatched within 3–5 business days of cleared payment. All shipments are limited strictly to addresses within the United Kingdom and are sent with full courier tracking provided.

Digital/Automation Services: Delivered digitally based on explicitly agreed-upon project milestones outlined in our client onboarding agreements.

Autovity Tech Ltd and its trading brand Rig & Revive shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our hardware, components, custom rigs, or automation software. To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our maximum liability for any order is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid for that specific transaction.

These Terms of Service, your use of this website, and any purchase contracts entered into with Autovity Tech Ltd are governed entirely by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All standalone electronic components and customized hardware rigs sold by Rig & Revive are covered by our standard 12-month hardware warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What is NOT covered by our warranty:

• Accidental Damage: Drops, liquid spills, or physical impact damage caused by the user.
• Overclocking & Modification: Any damage resulting from extreme overclocking, improper bios flashing, or unauthorized hardware modifications outside of factory specifications.
• Component Mining: Use of computing rigs or specialized components for intensive cryptocurrency mining operations or continuous sub-optimal environmental exposure (excessive dust, poor ventilation).
• Third-Party Software: Software issues, operating system corruptions, malware, or driver conflicts are completely excluded from this hardware warranty.

Manufacturer Warranties: Many of the specialized components we source carry individual manufacturer warranties that extend beyond 12 months. In these instances, we will gladly assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer (e.g., ASUS, Corsair, NVIDIA) to facilitate a direct replacement or repair.
